| Payment terms: | Payment for the first batch - 70% prepayment of the value of the shipped batch of Goods within 5 calendar days from the date of sending the bid to the Supplier's e-mail, 30% of the value of the shipped batch of Goods within 30 calendar days upon delivery of the batch of Goods, after providing the Buyer with the documents provided for in subparagraphs a), b, c), d), e), f) clause 6.6. of the Agreement and the signing of the Act of Acceptance and transfer of the Goods (the form is set out in Appendix No. 4 to this Agreement) in the amount that takes into account the previously paid advance and the general settlements made between the Parties.
