Payment terms:
100% (one hundred percent) of the total value of the corresponding batch of goods within 20 (twenty) business days from the date of shipment of the corresponding batch of Goods in the Supplier's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
1.The cost of the products should include packaging and, if necessary, crate cargo.
2. Specify the time when the products are ready for shipment. Method of transportation.

8. When shipping, a packing list must be attached to each cargo place in the form specified by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo place.
9. When forming an bid for participation in the procedure, fill in additional fields of the offer (15 pcs.). The fields must be filled in informatively, without comments - "in the Commercial Proposal"
10. Upon shipment of goods, mandatory notification of the Buyer with the provision of copies of: invoices, COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.
