Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment is made within 45 days from the date of delivery of the goods. The value of the goods must include all costs associated with the production and delivery of goods.
Delivery terms:the goods are delivered within a year, according to the agreed schedule of deliveries, on the basis of applications, not less than 2 times a month.
