Payment terms:
I payment phase (project work) is payable within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the Act of carrying out engineering works and invoicing.
The phase II payments (construction, installation, starting-up and adjustment works) are paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of putting into operation (acceptance of finished construction project acceptance Committee, form # KS-14).
Excess volumes and Contractor costs not supported by relevant additional agreement, shall be paid by the contractor at his own expense, provided that they are not caused by failure of the customer's obligations.
Invoices are billed to the customer by the contractor in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
