Construction of treatment facilities for industrial wastewater in building No. 85 of LADA Izhevsk LLC
Introduction: The objective of this tender is to search for a supplier / service providers to perform work / provide services in the following areas:
1. Development of a project for the treatment of industrial waste water LLC LADA Izhevsk based on input data on flows and requirements for water treatment, manufacture, supply, installation of equipment, commissioning and achievement of the required operating parameters for the treatment of industrial waste water,
2. Implementation of a full range of construction and installation works for the introduction of sewage treatment plants (construction and installation work on the preparation of foundations, supply of energy, ventilation, lighting, etc. according to the project developed in paragraph 1).
The contract will be concluded both on the terms of a general contract and separately for each direction.
Initial data:
1. Design solution - to perform a range of works and services on a finished project (adjustment is required for the construction part),
2. Input data for the development of an alternative solution for water treatment technology and the range of equipment that can be applied. That is, there is data on the concentration of substances and the volume of water in the flows and there are requirements for the concentration of substances at the outlet (Resolution of the Administration of Izhevsk No. 42 of 02.02.2005). It is required to develop a technology, a project, to manufacture and supply equipment, to carry out its binding, to carry out commissioning and bring the operating mode of treatment facilities to the required parameters for water treatment.
The full amount of available developed project documentation is provided after the signing of the non-disclosure agreement.
For a preliminary assessment of the scope of work and the development of a correct technical and commercial proposal, it is MANDATORY to visit the work site with representatives of the services of LADA Izhevsk LLC (passes are issued by prior request by e-mail Anatoliy.Ponomarev@apo-rus.com).
The tender procedure is carried out in 2 stages:
1. Prequalification (collection of applications for participation, permits, information on work experience and application of cleaning technologies, etc.)
2. Collection of technical and commercial proposals (accreditation of new organizations at the UEB AVTOVAZ JSC, submission of proposals, analysis, technical alignment, decision on nomination).
If desired, it is stated in the tender procedure, it is necessary to fill out and send the Application package of documents, namely:
1. Contractor profile,
2. The list of types of work (if not previously provided),
3. A reference list with attached reviews and recommendations on similar work carried out,
4. Description of the applied water purification technologies and experience of its application at enterprises of various industries, including automotive industry - ONLY for the ALTERNATIVE OFFER, which differs from the design solution.
5. Written confirmation of the availability of their own certified and valid personnel certificates for the performance of work - an information letter with an attached staffing table indicating the number of employees and skill level.
6. Permits for work (available SRO, licenses, certificates, etc.).
Requirements for bidders:
1. Performance of work in accordance with the technology approved during the tender for the treatment of industrial wastewater within the time agreed upon with the Customer
2. Experience in the implementation of these works;
3. Consent to conclude a model contract as amended by LADA Izhevsk LLC;
4. The presence of their own certified and valid certificates for the performance of this type of work personnel;
5. Own material and technical base;
6. Warranty obligations for the work performed, the warranty period for continuous operation of the materials, from the moment of commencement of operation, must be not less than the factory of the manufacturer,
The application for participation in the tender procedure is accepted until 12:00 hours on March 24, 2020 (Moscow time).
Documents submitted later will not be accepted for consideration.
