Payment terms:I payment stage (design and survey works) is payable within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the Act of executing the design and survey works and invoicing.
The phase II payments (construction works) are paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of putting into operation (acceptance of finished construction project acceptance Committee, form # KS-14).
Excess volumes and Contractor costs not supported by relevant additional agreement, shall be paid by the contractor at his own expense, provided that they are not caused by failure of the customer's obligations.
Invoices are billed to the customer by the contractor in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

I stage. Beginning no later than 5 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Deadline for stage I works: within 20 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Stage II. Beginning no later than 5 calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of executing the design and survey works for phase I.

Installation of 0.38 kV ВЛИ-approximate length-2.000 km;
Installation of 10 kV-VLZ approximate length-0.850 km;
Installation TP 10/0.38 kV with a capacity of not less than 160 KVA-1 Kit.
Prepare Executive documentation based on the results of the work.
Individual testing and integrated testing (jointly with the personnel branch of PJSC «Mrsk of Volga "-" Mordovenergo ").
Connect to existing networks (together with the personnel branch of PJSC «Mrsk of Volga "-" Mordovenergo ").
Putting into operation after trials (together with the personnel branch of PJSC «Mrsk of Volga "-" Mordovenergo ").
