30% (thirty percent) of the value of the batch of Goods delivered on the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 or UPD consignment note shall be paid by the Buyer within 3 (three) banking days after receipt and acceptance of the batch of Goods by the Buyer's warehouse service, if no defects or non-conformity of the Goods are detected and the signing of TN - COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 or UPD.
Under the batch of Goods for the purposes of this paragraph 12, the parties understand the volume of Goods shipped under one COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 or UPD.
