Welding electrode manufacturer is one of the leading manufacturers of welding electrodes. The annual volume of the purchased wire is approximately 24 000 tons.
In the procurement procedure can take part both producers and intermediary organizations that have experience of supply in the market of metal products.
This procedure of price request is not a bargaining, and its carrying out is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the first part of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code. This procedure of price request is also not public trading and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of the second part of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code. Thus, this RFQ procedure does not impose on the Customer the commitment to make a contract with the RFQ winner. If necessary, the customer intends to use the right to carry out the "regrind".
This competitive procedure, upon prior selection of the supplier, is directed in accordance with the tender regulations of the tender organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which (as well as the procedure itself Preliminary selection of the supplier) is not an offer, auction or competition and its holding is not regulated by art. 447-449 hours 1 and 1057-1061, 2 of the CIVIL Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the organizer the corresponding volume of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without Reasons without incurring any liability to the participants.
The tender organizer reserves the right to choose several winners, dividing the delivery of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explanation of the reasons between several potential suppliers-participants of the competitive procedure.
