LLC Moscow Experimental Welding Plant Specselectrode (LLC MOSZ) is the general distributor of the plant JSC Specselectrode-Khrapunovo. The manufacturer of welding electrodes is one of the leading manufacturers of welding electrodes.
Both manufacturers and intermediary organizations that have experience in the supply of metal products can participate in the procurement procedure.
This procedure for requesting prices is not a bidding, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This request for quotations is also not a public tender and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFQ procedure does not impose on the Customer the commitment to make a contract with the RFQ winner. If necessary, the Customer intends to use the right to conduct a "Rebidding".
This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which (like the ongoing procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier) is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without explanation, without bearing any responsibility to the Participants.
The tender organizer reserves the right to choose several winners, sharing the supply of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explanation of reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
In the tender, I ask you to set the final prices, as well as attach all constituent documents according to the list in the attachment (Appendix 1). Also indicate whether you are ready to accept our standard contract form unchanged.

We ask the participants to indicate in the commercial proposal the possible volumes of supplies on a monthly basis. Price fixing is desirable for 2020. If prices cannot be saved, then this condition should be indicated in the commercial proposal. |
