LLC "Moscow Experimental Welding Plant" Spetselektrod "(LLC" MOSZ ") is the general distributor of the plant JSC" Spetselektrod-Khrapunovo ". The manufacturing plant of welding electrodes is one of the leading manufacturers of welding electrodes.
Both manufacturers and intermediary organizations that have experience in supplying the rolled metal market can participate in the procurement procedure.
This request for quotation procedure is not an auction, and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This request for quotations procedure is also not a public auction and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061 of Part II of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFQ procedure does not impose on the Customer the commitment to make a contract with the RFQ winner. If necessary, the Customer intends to exercise the right to carry out "Rebidding".
This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier is directed in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Organizer of the tender as part of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which (like the procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier itself) is not an offer, auction or tender and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 h. 1 and 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without explaining the reasons, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
The organizer of the tender reserves the right to select several winners by dividing the supply of the specified quantity of goods at its own discretion and without explaining the reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
In the tender, please set the final prices, as well as attach all constituent documents according to the list in the attachment (Appendix 1). Also indicate whether you are ready to accept our standard contract form without changes.
