LLC "Moscow Experimental Welding Plant "Spetselektrod" (LLC "MOSZ") is the general distributor of the plant JSC "Spetselektrod-Khrapunovo". The welding electrode manufacturing plant is one of the leading manufacturers of welding electrodes. Both manufacturers and intermediary organizations that have experience in the supply of rolled metal products can participate in the procurement procedure.
This procedure for requesting prices is not an auction, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure for requesting prices is also not a public auction and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this price request procedure does not impose obligations on the Customer to conclude an agreement with the winner of the price request. If necessary, the Customer intends to exercise the right to conduct a "Rebidding".
This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of a Supplier is directed in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer within the framework of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which (like the pre-selection procedure of the Supplier itself) is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without explanation, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
The tender organizer reserves the right to choose several winners, dividing the delivery of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explanation among several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
I ask you to submit the final prices to the tender, as well as attach all the constituent documents. Also indicate whether you are ready to accept our standard contract form without changes.
Mandatory provision of the following documents:
1. A commercial offer in a free form indicating prices, conditions, payment and delivery. Attach a scanned copy of the proposal, certified by the signature of an authorized person and the seal of the organization.
2. Supplier Card.
3. Statutory documents.
4. GOST R certificates.
5. Accounting statements at the end of the last completed quarter of the current year; at the end of the last completed year:
- Form No. 1 "Balance sheet"
- Form No. 2 "Report on financial results".
We ask the participants to indicate in the commercial offer the possible monthly supply volumes.
