| Payment terms: | For winners who are NOT a subject of an SME:
Payment of the cost of each batch of products specified in the specification is made after documentary confirmation of the delivery by the Contractor and acceptance by the Customer of the products in accordance with Section IV of this Contract, within 45 calendar days from the date of signing the TORG-12 consignment note by the Parties, or the PDD and passing the entrance control on the basis of the original invoice for payment, received from the Contractor. For the winners who are a subject of an SME:
