Comments:
To participate in this trading procedure, applicants must provide:
1. Commercial offer (the sum of the cost of services) filled in Table No. 2 and No. 3 of the Technical Assignment
2. Organization balance sheet for the last 2 calendar years.
3. Reference list, in the absence of experience with Rusagro Group of Companies (template attached to bidding).
4. List of documents
5. The consent of the taxpayer (payer of insurance premiums) to the recognition of information constituting a tax secret as public and a receipt on acceptance of this consent by the Federal Tax Service. https://www.nalog.ru/rn68/fl/interest/tax_secrecy/
6. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract without amendment:
- tax clause (attached to bidding);
- consent to disclosure of trade secrets (attached to bidding);
- sanction clause (attached to bidding).
7. To conclude the contract, the participant must ensure the provision of a full package of charter documents in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this tender.
In the absence of a full package of documents, your application will not be considered.
