Auto-extension

Price offers can be improved until the request for proposals is completed.
At the end of the request for proposals, the Supplier uploads a scan of the final commercial proposal, within one hour. When submitting a new improved offer, it is not necessary to upload the scan of the CP each time.


This notice is for informational purposes, and is not an offer to conclude an agreement as defined in Art. 435-437 of Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447–449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
ERKAFARM CJSC does not bear any obligations to conclude any agreements with organizations that sent the above package of documents.
A potential counterparty providing a qualification package of documents in accordance with this notice is responsible for paying any costs for preparing a package of documents.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
