Payment for the completed works is made by the Customer upon their completion on the basis of the act of acceptance of the completed works signed by both parties and the Contractor's invoice (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract) within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the act by both parties. |
