Payment terms:There is no advance payment.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 15-60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the UPD, or the Certificate of Completion, services rendered (Form No. H-A4), subject to the timely submission of the invoice. The term of payment under the agreement is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is established in the Agreement concluded with him (the preferred value of the payment term is 60 calendar days).
The decision on the selection of the winner will be made on the most favorable terms for PJSC TATNEFT using a financial calculator (Appendix A).
