Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Payment terms:
1) Advance work is not provided.
2. The cost of the work is final, includes all costs associated with the performance of work provided for by the Terms of Reference and cannot be changed.
3. Payment for the work is carried out within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of all completed work and reporting materials for each completed stage of work, provided that the account duly executed in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation is received in the name of the Customer , the act of acceptance and transfer to the Customer of documentation reflecting the results of the work.
4. An Account issued separately for this Agreement is considered to be duly executed (indicating other amounts under another Agreement is not allowed), indicating in it the full correct name of this Agreement, its date, type of work for which payment is made, and if there are other details established by applicable law.
5. Payment for work under this Agreement shall be made in Russian rubles by bank transfer by transferring funds to a current account.
6. The Customer’s obligation to pay for the work is considered fulfilled from the moment of debiting the funds from the Customer’s current account.
7. Elimination of defects in work is included in the cost of work under the Contract and is not subject to additional payment if such defects are caused by improper performance by the Contractor of his duties.
8. The participant in the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner, must, within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, open a current account with JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) for the purposes of making payments under the agreement in respect of which conclusion was made request for proposals
