This procedure of price Request is not a bargaining, including a contest and/or auction, and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447 – 449 of the first part of the Civil code of the Russian Federation. The Present procedure of price Request is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057 – 1061 of Part Two of the Civil code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure of the Request of prices does not impose on the Organizer the obligations stipulated by the civil law and specified in this paragraph.

To participate in the price request, you must provide the following documents:
1. Copy of the Charter in the current edition with all changes and additions with the mark of the tax authority;
2. Copy of the certificate of State registration of legal entity;
3. Copy of the certificate of tax registration;
4. Copies of balances together with income statements with the mark of the Tax Inspectorate for 2017 and 2018 activities;
5. Copies of documents confirming the election and appointment of a person acting on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney (hereinafter – the Head) (Order of appointment and minutes of the meeting of authorized bodies on election (appointment));
6. Copy of power of attorney for the right of signature in case the documents are signed by the representative by proxy;
7. Reference List of similar works for the last 3 years;
8. Documents proving the qualifications specified in the technical specification.
