Comments:
Prices are provided without VAT, including transportation costs.
1. The products must be new (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP).
2. Involved in participation:
- Manufacturers of the requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (it is obligatory to provide confirming certificates, certificates, official letters from the manufacturer on the authorization to sell the requested products);
3. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Compliance with all stated requirements;
- Offer price;
- Participant status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Delivery time of products;
- Fixing the price for the entire period of delivery from the moment of participation in the procedure until the moment of transfer of the goods at the customer's warehouse (official confirmation must be uploaded on the ETP).
4. Delivery of products in accordance with the stated requirements.
Mandatory downloadable electronic documents:
1. A scanned copy of a commercial offer indicating prices, terms and conditions of delivery, certified by the signature and seal of the company;
2. List of constituent documents required to conclude an agreement (the list is attached in the attached file);
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and sealed by the company.
The request for prices is carried out in relation to the current demand.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants. |
