Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

1. To submit an offer, the Participant must:
- Fill in the "Purchasing positions" tab for each item in rubles. without VAT
- Specify the delivery time to objects by regions NW, Center, South and East in days from the date of the announcement of the winner in the "Additional proposal fields" tab

You can repeatedly submit your bids down until the end of the request for proposals.
