This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1065, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
The customer has the right to carry out the 2nd stage (rebidding) in case of receiving an unsatisfactory result in the first stage. Only competitors selected by the credit and analytical department of the company and provided all the necessary documentation specified in the application form will be allowed to rebidding. |
