Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. Advance payment is not foreseen, proposals implying advanced payment will not be considered. Term of payment for the products within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of receipt of the products by the buyer.
Delivery terms:according to TK: position 1-TK for the supply of thermal insulation with a foil-clad coating for underground pipeline; position 4-8 and 14-TK for the supply of thermal insulation with a protective coating-fiberglass for underground pipeline; 15-position TK for the supply of thermal insulation for piping overground. Planned delivery time within 20 working days from receipt of the written requests of the purchaser in the address of the provider. Products must be new, previously unused, manufactured no earlier than 2017 onwards. The Supplier shall deliver the products that underwent an obligatory certification or conformity declaring in accordance with the current requirements of the Russian laws. Fixing prices for the whole period of contract validity.
