| Payment terms: | Payment with advance payment. Advance payment amount: 30% of the bid amount. The amount of the advance payment will be indicated in the bid. The term for transferring the advance payment: no more than 20 banking days from the date the Buyer submits the bid to the Supplier for delivery, provided that the Supplier provides the Buyer with security for the return of the advance and the invoice for payment. Terms of payment of the remaining part of the bid price - in accordance with p.p. _____ p.2.4.1 of the General Terms of the Agreement (indicated if applicable; the corresponding subparagraph is indicated at the conclusion of the agreement). |
