Payment terms:Payment is made by the Buyer subject to receipt from the Supplier of a duly executed invoice for payment in the name of the Buyer. The Buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the value of the Goods shall be paid by the Buyer within 20 (twenty) days from the date of receipt of the Goods by the Buyer and signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance and transfer of the Goods or other document confirming acceptance of the Goods

The Bidder of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner of the "request for proposals" procedure, must, within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, open a settlement account with the Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC) for the purposes of making payments under the contract in respect of which the request for proposals was concluded."
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier, the goods must be new, not used.

Comments:
1. The format of the submitted commercial offer must correspond to the attached format.
2. The cost must be calculated up to the basis stated in the column: Address of the place of delivery of goods, works or services!
3. It is necessary to send two Commercial Proposals - one signed by an authorized representative, the second in an editable Excel format.
4. Bidders of the request who do not back up the documentation according to the list attached to the documentation and who have calculated delivery to a basis other than the Bid Notice, your proposals will not be considered!!!
5. The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal is at least 60 days.
6. The quantity to be purchased is indicated in the bid in the appropriate column.

The protocol of disagreements to the agreement is NOT ACCEPTED!!!
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
ВНИМАНИЕ:Обращаем Ваше внимание на то, что настоящий запрос не является извещением о проведении конкурса (публичного конкурса) или публичной офертой и не регулируется ст. 447 – 449 ч. 1 ГК РФ, ст. 1057 – 1061 ч. 2 ГК РФ. Таким образом, указанная процедура не накладывает на Организатора соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств и оставляет за ним право отказаться от всех полученных Предложений по любой причине или прекратить процедуру отбора в любой момент, не неся при этом никакой ответственности перед Участниками.

Участнику закупки необходимо прикрепить коммерческое предложение с подписью ответственного лица и на фирменном бланке. паспорт качества и сертификат соответствия на товар. Договор официального дилера. Ценовое предложение, поданное через функционал ЭТП, должно соответствовать цене в коммерческом предложении.
При подаче заявки на участие в запросе предложений необходимо прикрепить подписанный экземпляр анкеты и учредительные документы (перечень подкреплен к документации)
