Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the work performed by the Contractor, including the cost of spare parts and materials used, listed in the order - the work order and the Certificate of Completion, shall be made by the Customer within 5 (five) banking days after the Customer signs the Certificate of Completion and the Work Order by transferring money funds to the settlement account of the Contractor, or to the Contractor's cashier (within the limits established by the legislation) on the basis of the original invoice received from the Contractor for payment with reference to the Agreement and a separate line for the amount of VAT.
The invoice for payment can be handed over by the Contractor to the hands of the Customer personally or to his representative. and can also be sent by e-mail to the Customer at the addresses specified by him. In these cases, the date of receipt of the invoice will be considered the date of its delivery or sending by mail.
(By agreement of the parties, an advance prepayment is possible in the amount of the cost of repair or maintenance).

Comments:
The contractor is allowed by an authorized dealer to carry out maintenance and repair of TYM T353 NHRU3 mini tractors in accordance with the operating and repair standards and instructions of the manufacturer, as well as using materials recommended by the manufacturer - provide a confirmation document.
Maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer according to the operating hours of the motorcycle, as well as in accordance with the service information on maintenance provided in the manufacturer's documentation regarding maintenance and other repair work.
The Contractor provides the Customer with a guarantee for a period of at least:
- 3 (three) months for work performed by the Contractor;
- 6 (six) months for spare parts sold, supplied and installed by the Contractor on the Customer's trucks. - provide a letter of guarantee, signed and stamped by the organization.
