Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The buyer pays for the fuel received within one calendar month, in the amount of 100% of its cost, until the 20th day of the month following the reporting one, subject to the presence of duly executed and signed on both sides consignment notes / freight transport invoices or other documents confirming the acceptance of the Goods, invoice for payment and the absence of claims on the quality and quantity of goods.
Delivery terms:
DT is removed from the tank farm by the Buyer (ATZ-11). The geographic distance of the Supplier’s oil depot from the Buyer's production base (Yakutia, Aldan district, the village of Upper Kuranakh) should not exceed 60 km. The Supplier is obliged to provide refueling of the ATZ tank within 1 (one) hour from the moment of its arrival at the Supplier’s tank farm.

Comments: Settlements under the agreement are carried out using settlement accounts opened by the Parties with JSCB Lanta-Bank (JSC). In order to fulfill the specified requirement, the participant of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner of the "request for proposals" procedure, must, within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, open a current account in JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) for the purposes of making payments under the agreement, in respect of the conclusion of which a request for proposals was conducted.
