If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The Buyer shall pay to the Supplier the sum in the amount of 15 (one hundred) percent of the consignment value within fifteen (15) business days from provision of the shipping documents (commercial invoice, consignment note or waybill).
Delivery terms:
It is imperative to attach the quotation electronically. (arbitrary shape)
1. Indicate prices on EXW terms (pickup from the supplier’s warehouse). The cost of production does not include transport costs. The cost of production includes packaging and, if necessary, a crate of cargo.
2. Indicate the period of product readiness for shipment and the address of shipment.
3. Indicate the manufacturer of the product. Indicate the relationship to the product. If dealer, representative or distributor, attach documents confirming status.
4. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the Goods and their quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport, etc.).
5. Products must be new, not used. Products must comply with the attached terms of reference;
6. Indicate the warranty period for the Product. It should be calculated from the moment of commissioning of goods and materials.
7. Indicate the dimensions of each unit of the Goods and the general lot (mass, volume).
8. Upon shipment, a packing list must be attached to each package in the form established by the Buyer. Before sending, you must send a photo of each package.
9. When forming an application for participation in the procedure, fill in additional fields of the offer (5 pcs.). Fields should be filled out informatively, without comment - "in CP".
Additionally (not a prerequisite):
If it is possible to deliver the Goods on DDP terms (Buyer's warehouse / port of Magadan), the proposal must be drawn up as an alternative commercial proposal to the announced procedure. Delivery costs should be indicated in the CP as a separate line.
Criteria for determining the Winner:
1. The term of readiness of the goods for shipment.
2. Compliance of the proposed products with the terms of reference, coordination of the Customer.
3. The lowest total transaction cost, taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse in the city of Magadan.
4. Participant's attitude to products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Providing a full package of documents specified in the conditions of the procedure.
