Payment terms:
25% prepayment within 10 business days from the date of contract with the selected Supplier, 75% within 10 business days from the date of delivery to the specified warehouse, delivery to the specified warehouse must be included in the price of the item, the shipping cost should be allocated separately.

1) Attached to the price request is a list of mandatory information to be reflected in the CP. If there is no information on at least one of the items, the proposal will not be considered and will be rejected.
2) The KP must be issued on official letterhead stamped and signed by the supervisor and attached to the loading documentation.

4) The product must be new, not used, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of display of the TAP;
5) Certificates of Conformity, Passport, Quality Certificate must be attached to KP
6) Before shipment it is necessary to provide a photo card of the product packaging, a photo of the product markings (labeling requirements in the loaded documentation)
7) Criteria for choosing the best offer: acceptance of our form contract, quality, delivery time, cost, packaging, payment terms, work experience;
8) This request for proposal procedure is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
9) This procedure is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil law
