Payment for Products is made by the Buyer by transferring funds by payment order to the Supplier's settlement account for each batch within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days from the date of receipt from the Supplier of Products and a complete set of documents: UPD, invoice, invoice, consignment note, copies of quality certificates or technical passports. In this case, the application of the conditions of Article 317.1 is excluded. The Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
