The Bidder must treat the existence and content of this Invitation and all information provided in relation to this Invitation as confidential information and should only use it for the purpose of preparing and submitting a proposal to Lamoda.
The Bidder must not publish or disclose confidential information without first obtaining the written consent of Lamoda.
Information disclosed by the Bidder in relation to or in response to the Invitation will be treated by Lamoda as confidential and will only be used for the purposes for which it was provided.
Lamoda has the right to acquaint with the tender documents received from the tenderers, its employees and (or) third parties involved at its discretion.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
ВАЖНО:Тарифы фиксируются на весь 2021 год, пересмотр тарифа в течение года невозможен.

Требуемый тип транспорта - цельнометаллический фургон или промтоварная «будка», имеющие исправное запирающее устройство на всех дверях кузова.
В рамках тендера необходимо предоставить::1. Заполненный файл
"RFP_ТЭО 2021"
2. Полный пакет для СБ проверки:
2.1. Скан заполненного файла "Анкета
контрагента" с подписью и печатью;
2.2. Заполненный файл "Контакты
ответственного со стороны
Исполнителя сотрудника";
2.3. Правоустанавливающие
документы, согласно перечня файла
"Список документов для проверки СБ"
Требования к участнику:Обязательно:
1) Готовность по результатам тендера подписать договор исключительно по форме Заказчика ("Транспортно-экспедиционный договор GMBH" и/или "Транспортно-экспедиционный договор шаблон 2019-2020");
2) Готовность фиксировать тарифы на весь 2021 год;
3) Готовность принять штрафные санкции за задержку в подаче/прибытии авто (см шаблон договора);
4) Готовность работать с отсрочкой платежа не менее 45 календарных дней;
5) Возможность выделать персонального менеджера для взаимодействия с Заказчиком, который способен решить все возникающие вопросы, вести контроль сроков и качества выполнения работ;
6) Отсутствие неисполненных предписаний судебного органа;
7) Организация не должна находиться в процессе ликвидации, реорганизации или под процедурой банкротства, на ее имущество не должен быть наложен арест.

Дополнительно:
1) Наличие собственного парка будет являться преимуществом;
2) Предпочтительный способ документооборота - Диадок.
