1. The price includes the cost of travel expenses, travel expenses, insurance costs, customs duties, fees and other mandatory payments;
2. Price retention guarantee: preferably for the duration of the contract, but not less than 180 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
Payment order:
- cashless settlement by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account.
- settlements under the Agreement are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 15-30 calendar days from receipt of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse, subject to the timely provision of an invoice UPD and consignment note. The term of payment under the agreement is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is established in the Agreement concluded with him (the preferred value of the payment term is 30 calendar days).
Delivery terms:
1. List of transported goods: raw materials for the production of footwear, including roll materials (furs, fabrics, PVC, etc.), bags and boxes with finished products, clothes;
2. Approximate volume of transported cargo on applications up to 82 m3;
3. The approximate average weight of 1 cube of transported cargo is 150 kg. for 1 trip.
4. Approximate number of applications per month - 9 pcs;
5. The term for the provision of services for one application is not more than 7 days;
6. A decrease in the cost of work due to a decrease in the volume of work (a decrease or increase in points of unloading and loading along the route) is not formalized by an additional agreement. In this case, the work is paid for the actually completed amount of work in accordance with the rates specified in the application.
7. It is possible to provide services within the framework of groupage cargo, provided that all of the above delivery conditions are met.
