Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total consignment cost within 10 (ten) business days from the date of delivery of the consignment (the date of signing the consignment note without complaints) and the submission of the invoice.
Comments: KP must be issued on an official letterhead with the stamp and signature of the head and attached to the loading documentation.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
1) The cost of TMC with VAT, including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, including packaging (Packaging should be only in accordance with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96). The total amount must be reflected in the KP. The cost should be final, solid, include all additional costs (packaging, marking, etc.).
2) The cost of delivery to the warehouse with VAT;
3) Product attitude - free seller, dealer, representative, manufacturer, etc. It is necessary to download the document confirming the status of the dealer, representative.
Specify product manufacturer and the country of origin.
4) Delivery time to the Buyer's warehouse.
5) Method of transportation.
6) Transport conditions:
- special transport requirements, if applicable;
- Terms of storage of goods: warehouse open/closed, heated, unheated, $
- temperature range at which the product retains its properties and during what period
7) Warranty for the goods. It is necessary to specify the warranty period for the goods, as well as the date from which the warranty begins to operate (from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, shipment from the supplier's warehouse, delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, delivery to commissioning).
8) Period for product replacement under warranty.
9) After-sales service (specify where applicable to the product. Are maintenance services, training or product-related consulting provided? Indicate the company that provides services for the delivered goods)
10) Experience of the supply of this product on the market (attach a reference list).
11) Estimated volume and weight of the cargo (for the entire volume).
12) Agreement with the contract.
13) Product availability in stock.
14) Products shall be new, unused and produced not earlier than 6 months from the date of issuing the Technical and Commercial proposal.
15) Commercial proposal must be accompanied with conformity certificates, passport, quality certificate, MSDS, safety passport, certificate of package compliance.
16) Before shipping be sure to provide a photo of package, photo of product labeling (labeling requirements are in the uploaded documentation).
