Payment terms:Расчеты по договору производятся денежными средствами, а так же могут иметь иную форму расчетов, не противоречащую законодательству РФ, в том числе путем передачи векселей и пр. Оплата Покупателем каждой партии Продукции осуществляется c отсрочкой не менее 30 и не более 60 календарных дней с момента поступления Продукции на склад Покупателя (грузополучателя) и при условии предъявления Поставщиком счета-фактуры. Счет-фактура предоставляется Покупателю в течение 3 дней после отгрузки продукции
Delivery terms:• Продукция должна быть новой, не ранее 2012 года выпуска и ранее не использованной.
• Доставка осуществляется транспортом Поставщика до склада грузополучателя.
• Затраты по доставке включаются в стоимость продукции.
• Объем поставки является предварительным и может уточняться по текущей потребности.
