Payment terms:
The Buyer shall pay for the supplied products by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account as follows: 100% of the cost of goods delivered within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the lot of the goods from the carrier at the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
delivery time 10 calendar days from the moment of signing supplier specification delivers the goods at its own expense and on its own to the warehouse of the buyer. To the delivery of products shall be accepted from manufacturers, representatives of the manufacturer, authorized dealers and distributors. Availability of quality passports, or other document, certifying the quality of the goods in the warehouse receipt is required. The delivered merchandise must be new and not restored. When shipping the goods to the buyer with the notification provision of kopiij: tax invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods via the Carrier. The supplier accepts the terms of the model treaty YUK.
