Обоснование: 1. Признать победителем действующего поставщика ООО "ПК БИГ ТЕКС" (ИНН: 4725008773) по позиции «Поло (цвет в ассортименте) с длинным/коротким рукавом женское/мужское по совокупности факторов. Качество товара соответствует ТЗ. Полная линейка размеров. Не поднимали цену с 01 июня 2023 г.
2. Признать победителем действующего поставщика ООО "УНИПАЛМ" (ИНН: 7811767040) по позиции «Толстовка флис (универсальная) с логотипом» по совокупности факторов. Качество товара соответствует ТЗ. Полная линейка размеров.
3. Признать дублером ООО "ПК БИГ ТЕКС" (ИНН: 4725008773) по позиции «Толстовка флис (универсальная) с логотипом».
4. Заключить дополнительное соглашение к действующему договору поставок ООО "ПК БИГ ТЕКС" (ИНН: 4725008773).
5. Заключить дополнительное соглашение к действующему договору поставок ООО "УНИПАЛМ" (ИНН: 7811767040).

Комментарии:
1. ИП КУЛЬТИН ОЛЕГ ВАЛЕРЬЕВИЧ (ИНН: 164805942789) нет возможности осуществлять поставки в соответствии с ТЗ.
2. ООО "МИСТЕРБАНАНА" (ИНН: 7724445110) предоставленные образцы не соответствуют ТЗ. После разъяснения условий поставок и пересмотр состава ткани в соответствии с ТЗ, в электронной переписке, указали цены выше, чем у остальных участников.
3. ООО "ШЕРСТЬ И ХЛОПОК" (ИНН: 7743421354) участник находится в красной зоне: Надежность – низкая; налоговые риски – значительные; финансовое положение - есть риски.
4. ООО "СИЗ" (ИНН: 3662285120) не верно подали цены на площадке и прислали КП на электронную почту. Предоставленные образцы не соответствуют ТЗ.
5. ООО "ЭКСТРИМ ЛАЙН" (ИНН: 7706191769) действующий поставщик, пропустили тендер, прислали КП на электронную почту. Предоставленные образцы не соответствуют ТЗ.
6. ООО "КОМУС" (ИНН: 7721793895) ограниченная линейка размеров.
