Ranking of bids

In order to enforce contractual obligations, bidders are encouraged to pre-evaluate their rank according to the qualification method:
Company's revenue for last reporting year - 1 point for every RUB 50,000,000
The ownership of a CU 10 tons not older than 15 years - 1 point for each TC
The ownership of a TC 20 tons not older than 15 years - 2 points for each CU
Security Payment - 1 point for every 300,000 rubles
Carrier Liability Insurance Policy - 1 point
Less than 8 points scored - collaboration is not possible.

The winner on the lot is the company that offered the lowest fare. After the request for proposals, the participant's SLA is further analyzed (if the carrier is already working with Celta LLC under contract), which may also affect the outcome of the bidding process. SLA score calculation example: IMPORTANT: if the rate is reduced by more than 20% of the original lot price, the participant's offer is invalid.
• Several companies have offered the same cost - choosing the winner is based on maximum points. If points are equal — the company that applied first is recognized as the winner.
• One carrier can be distributed no more than 50% of the departure geofence on the Main Shipping (if the carrier is new — not more than 10%). The distribution decision is made by the Customer. If the number of bids received in bids fails to comply with this rule (carriers less than 3 and/or have not equal amounts of transport), an increase of 1 carrier is permitted up to 100% to close the need- for active CA, for new not more than 30%
• The new carrier is a carrier that has operated under Celta LLC's contract for less than 6 months.

The purchase participant may repeatedly improve their price offers until after the application ends.
Only one legal entity may participate in a competitive procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is seen as restricting competition and is grounds for removing all affiliated participants from the competition.
