Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for transport services is made on the basis of the invoice, invoice, Act of completion and register of waybills.
The customer pays for the services rendered monthly, based on the agreed registers compiled from the calculation of the services rendered, within 15 banking days from the date of submission of the payment document
Delivery terms:terms for the provision of transport services the day after receipt of the application.
All equipment is for rent with the operator. The price includes fuel and lubricants. Delivery of special equipment for at least 4 hours, possibly 5, 6, 7, 8 hours.

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
