Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
A 100% deferred payment within 90 calendar days is preferred.
Comments: Submit technical and commercial proposals strictly in the form (Appendix No. 2). Lot submission of Technical and Commercial Proposals is allowed, i.e. it is possible to submit Technical and Commercial Proposals both for a range of services and for each type of service separately.
