Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
1. option: 4 people (2 per day from 8 to 20, 2 at night from 20:00 to 08:00) 5-6 working days on a permanent basis from February to December.
2. option: 8 people / 4 shifts / 2 people per shift / 12 hours.
For each option with an increase of 100% in the season from April to August

1) Postpay (30 calendar days from the date of signing the Acts) Conclusion of an agreement only with an organization working with VAT.
3) Possibility of replacing employees on the day of the event.
4) Reimburse the Customer for the amount of losses incurred for loss, damage to property, products by involved employees.
5) Take full responsibility for the actions / inaction of the involved employees
6) Submission of a proposal in full on three positions.
Before submitting an application, you must pass accreditation and attach an organization card.
This request for proposals is not governed by Art. 447- 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and is not an offer of the Customer.
The customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the request for commercial offers at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
