This invitation is not a public offer.
The final offer must correspond to the price prevailing in the market of road transport services (it is unacceptable to reduce the price at which the service cannot be provided). The cost of services should include all taxes, fees, expenses associated with paying for insurance, driver's salaries, refueling of fuels and lubricants, repairing the vehicle, as well as fees in connection with the implementation of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 14.06.2013 No. 504.
The minimum declared value for the option. The maximum possible discount on the cost of services provided. Deferred payment of at least 60 calendar days (recommended / expected). Bill form of settlement (recommended form) with own bills of LLC "ISO".
Submission of documents for tax accreditation.
Qualification requirements for the Service Provider:
- The Contractor's vehicles operating at the industrial site of JSC RUSAL Achinsk must be equipped with a satellite monitoring and vehicle control system with the ability to transmit coordinate data to the server of the single operator of the AutoGRAPH dispatch center for JSC RUSAL Achinsk.
- All PMGs must be registered with Rostechnadzor and equipped with safety devices (according to the ORDER of November 12, 2013 No. 533 on the approval of federal norms and rules in the field of industrial safety "Safety rules for hazardous production facilities where lifting structures are used").
- In order to avoid disruption of production, it is necessary to have a backup transport for the time of breakdowns.
& # 8722; - Availability of mobile communication.
- The contractor participating in the selection for the position Truck (dump truck) must have a License to carry out activities for the collection, transportation, processing, disposal, disposal, disposal of waste of I-IV hazard classes.
- The contractor participating in the selection for the position of the Cargo-passenger car (at least 10 seats) must have a License to carry out activities for the transportation of passengers and other persons by buses (Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of 27.02.2019 N 195 "On licensing activities for the transportation of passengers persons by buses "with amendments to clause 24 of Article 12 of the Federal Law" On licensing certain types of activities "dated 04.05.2011 N 99-FZ)
- All vehicles provided by the Contractor must be kept in good technical condition, each car must be provided with special stops (at least 2 pieces) for placing under the wheels, a wide pad under the jack heel, as well as a first aid kit, an emergency stop sign and a fire extinguisher.
Buses and trucks, adapted for the transport of people and specially equipped for these purposes, must be additionally equipped with a second fire extinguisher, while one fire extinguisher must be in the driver's cab, the other in the passenger compartment of the bus or the body of the car.
The vehicle must be equipped with serviceable seat belts
