The final offer must correspond to the price prevailing in the market of motor transport services (it is unacceptable to reduce the price at which the service cannot be provided). Qualification requirements for the Service Provider:
- The Contractor's vehicles operating at the industrial site of JSC RUSAL Achinsk must be equipped with a satellite monitoring and vehicle control system with the ability to transfer coordinate data to the server of the single operator of the AutoGRAPH dispatch center for JSC RUSAL Achinsk.
- All PMGs must be registered with Rostekhnadzor and equipped with safety devices (according to the ORDER of November 12, 2013 No. 533 on the approval of federal norms and rules in the field of industrial safety "Safety rules for hazardous production facilities where lifting structures are used").
- a copy of the certificate of registration of hazardous industrial facilities in the State Register of Hazardous Production Facilities of these organizations
- a copy of the information approved by Rostekhnadzor characterizing the hazardous production facility of these organizations
- copies of orders on the organization of production control over the safe operation of the lifting facilities of these organizations
- copies of the protocols for testing knowledge:
a specialist responsible for the implementation of production control during the operation of the substation
a specialist responsible for maintaining the PS in a working condition
a specialist responsible for the safe performance of work using PS
- copies of lifting equipment passports
- in case the lifting structures have worked out the normative period, a copy of the expert opinion prom. safety of cranes with the number of entering the register of expert opinions prom. security in Rostekhnadzor
- copies of crane driver's licenses
- copies of the protocols for checking the knowledge of crane operators
