This invitation is not a public offer.
The final offer must correspond to the price prevailing in the market of motor transport services (it is unacceptable to reduce the price at which the service cannot be provided). The cost of services should include all taxes, fees, expenses related to the payment of insurance, driver's salaries, fuel refueling, vehicle repair, as well as fees in connection with the implementation of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 504 of 14.06.2013.
The minimum declared value for the option. The maximum possible discount on the cost of the services provided. Deferred payment of at least 60 calendar days (recommended/expected). Promissory note payment form (recommended form) with own promissory notes of ISO LLC.
Provision of documents for tax accreditation.
Qualification requirements for the Service Provider:
- The Contractor's vehicles operating at the industrial site of JSC "RUSAL Achinsk "must necessarily be equipped with a satellite monitoring and vehicle control system with the possibility of transmitting coordinate data to the server of the unified operator of the AUTOGRAPH dispatch center for JSC" RUSAL Achinsk".
- All GPM must be registered with Rostechnadzor and equipped with safety devices (according to the ORDER of November 12, 2013 No. 533 on approval of federal norms and rules in the field of industrial safety "Safety rules for hazardous production facilities where lifting structures are used").
- a copy of the certificate of registration of the OPO in the State Register of Hazardous Production Facilities of these organizations
- a copy of the information approved by Rostechnadzor describing a dangerous production facility of these organizations
- copies of orders on the organization of production control over the safe operation of lifting structures of these organizations
- copies of the knowledge verification protocols:
the specialist responsible for the implementation of production control during the operation of the PS
the specialist responsible for the maintenance of the PS in a working condition
the specialist responsible for the safe production of works with the use of PS
- copies of passports of lifting structures
- if the lifting structures have fulfilled the standard period, a copy of the expert opinion of the prom. safety of cranes with the registration number of the register of expert opinions of the prom. security in Rostechnadzor
- copies of certificates of crane drivers
- copies of the protocols for checking the knowledge of crane drivers
In order to avoid disruption of production, it is necessary to have a backup transport for the time of breakdowns.
& #8722; - Availability of mobile communication.
- The contractor participating in the selection for the position of a cargo vehicle (dump truck) must have a License to carry out activities for the collection, transportation, processing, disposal, neutralization, disposal of waste of hazard classes I-IV.
- The performer participating in the selection for the position of cargo and passenger car (at least 10 seats) must have a License to carry out activities for the transportation of passengers and other persons by buses (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 27.02.2019 N 195 "On licensing activities for the transportation of passengers and other persons by buses" with amendments to paragraph 24 of Article 12 of the Federal Law" On licensing of certain types of activities " of 04.05.2011 N 99-FZ)
- All vehicles provided by the Contractor must be kept in technically sound condition, each car must be provided with special stops (at least 2 pieces) for placing under the wheels, a wide pad under the heel of the jack, as well as a first aid kit, an emergency stop sign and a fire extinguisher.
Buses and trucks adapted for the transportation of people and specially equipped for these purposes should be equipped with an additional second fire extinguisher, while one fire extinguisher should be located in the driver's cab, the second-in the passenger compartment of the bus or the body of the car.
Vehicles must be equipped with serviceable seat belts.
