Based on the answers and other documents, PJSC VimpelCom reserves the right to determine the winners on the basis of:
1) Results of compliance with the Qualification requirements
2) Results of the financial stability assessment
3) The results of the assessment of the economic security block for the presence/absence of interaction risks.
Participants need to:
1) fill out the Questionnaire (Appendix No. 1) and the Application for compliance with the qualification requirements (Appendix No. 2) and submit them in electronic (XLS) and signed form (PDF), supplemented with supporting documents specified in the Qualification Requirements.
2) fill out the financial reporting form (Appendix No. 5) and submit it only in electronic form (XLS).
All commercial conditions for the subject of purchase are specified in the Contract Template (Appendix No. 3), technical requirements - in the technical task (Appendix No. 4).
