Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments: Providing a standard commercial proposal in Excel formats and a signed scanned copy in pdf is mandatory.
Based on the results of consideration of proposals, the circle of rebidding participants will be determined.
The rebidding will be conducted among a limited number of participants by sending direct requests to e-mail.
The procedure is carried out in the form of a request for standard commercial proposals (see attachments)
To participate in the purchase, you must:
Submit through the interface of the trading platform or send to the address of the non-commercial procurement department of the MODIS company a Standard Commercial Proposal (TCH) and a participant's questionnaire (see attachments). The documents (completed by the TCH and the Questionnaire) must be submitted in an editable format, as well as in a non-editable format - scanned copies in pdf signed with the seal of the organization. It is not allowed to make changes to the TCH conditions, delete or add rows and columns, change the structure of tables.
Based on the results of consideration of the submitted documents, copies of constituent documents, a company's balance sheet, an electronic extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, documents of good faith may be additionally requested.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
