Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
1. Terms of payment - post-payment on the 28th business day.
2. Mandatory application of the commercial offer with a description of the premises and the services offered.
3. Confirmation of fixing prices for 1 year.
4. The possibility of fixing prices for 2 years.
5. The possibility of processing pallets with a height of at least 1.8 m., weighing up to 1000kg.
6. The temperature regime of storage GP +18C (+-5C).
7. Shipping area - dockwellers or cargo ramps, at least 2 units of loading equipment.
8. Floor, rack storage, pallet storage "pallet on pallet" is unacceptable.
9. Fire alarm system, fire extinguishing system (taps/hoses).
10. Compliance of the warehouse with regulatory requirements for evacuation of workers in case of emergency.
11. Availability of sanitary books for warehouse employees.
12. The presence of a checkpoint (guard post) at the entrance to the building / rented premises, the presence of a security alarm.
13. Availability of a video surveillance system in the unloading/storage area.
14. Providing access to video surveillance cameras (on request) and unhindered access to warehouse premises to representatives of TD-Holding LLC
15. The allocation of a personal project manager with the authority to introduce claim work.
16. Consent of the contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the contract (in the attachment).

Participation is free.
E-Signature is not required.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
