Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.

Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:

1. Payment terms - 100% post-payment, postponement of payment for 28 calendar days
2. Indication of the warehouse address
3. Mandatory application of the commercial offer with a description of the premises and the services offered.
4. Specify the terms of readiness for the provision of services
5. Confirmation of fixing the proposed rates for 1 year
6. The possibility of fixing the proposed rates for 2 years
7. Provision of services in accordance with the Requirement Specification
8. The height of the warehouse ceilings is not less
than 4 m. 9. The possibility of processing pallets with a height of not less than 1.8 m, weighing up to 1000kg.
10. The temperature regime of storage of GP is not lower than 6 C and not higher than 25 C
11. Shipping area - dockwellers or cargo ramps, at least 2 units of loading equipment.
12. Floor, rack storage, pallet storage "pallet on pallet" is unacceptable.
13. The floor is flat concrete, with anti-dust coating.
14. The maximum load on the floor is at least 4t/m2.
15. Fire alarm system, fire extinguishing system (taps/hoses).
16. Compliance of the warehouse with regulatory requirements for evacuation of workers in case of emergency.
17. Availability of sanitary books for warehouse employees.
18. The presence of a checkpoint (guard post) at the entrance to the building / rented premises, the presence of an alarm system.
19. Availability of a video surveillance system in the unloading/storage area.
20. Video recording archive storage for at least 2 months
21. Providing access to video surveillance cameras (on request) and unhindered access to warehouse premises to representatives of TD-Holding LLC
22. The allocation of a personal project manager with the authority to introduce claim work.
23. Contractual Counterparty's consent to the signing of the standard form of the contract (in the attachment)
