Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear Suppliers! You can repeatedly improve your offers until the end of your application.

KP needs to be issued on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the head and attached to the loading documentation.
1. The total amount must be reflected in the KP. The cost should be final, solid, include all additional costs.
2. The term of service provision from the moment of sending the application to the Contractor.
3. Warranty period for services.
4. Specify the validity period of the KP
5. A mandatory condition of participation is attachment of the final commercial offer (stamped and signed) following the results of the request for proposals indicating: price in Rubles including VAT (20%) for 1 unit of equipment, delivery time, price fixing period, warranty period for equipment.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES (specify if the participation of foreign companies is not expected or there is no corresponding coordination of the head).

EDS is not required
The bidder may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of submission of bids.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
