| Payment terms: | Payment of the cost of SKL vouchers provided by the Agent to non-working pensioners of the Principal when rendering services under this Agreement, minus the funds received by the Agent from non-working pensioners of the Principal, is made by the Principal by non-cash payment to the Agent's current account, after the Parties sign the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the services rendered and the Principal receives from the Agent the original invoice for payment in the following terms (depending on depending on the Agent's affiliation to the SME): – within 30 (thirty) calendar days (for organizations that are SME entities); – within 45 (forty-five) calendar days (for organizations that are not SME entities). |
