Payment terms:Payment of remuneration is carried out in the following order: 30% of the amount of Remuneration - within 2 (two) banking days from the date of signing this Agreement, 70% of the amount of remuneration – within 2 (two) banking days from the date of signing the Act of acceptance and transfer.
Delivery terms:The service delivery period is 20 working days.
The terms of service are specified in the Contract template.
Provision of information – from open sources, on request, on-site inspection.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure with the help of the functionality of the E-Marketplace (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, the Bidders Of this procedure must attach the Applicant's Application form and documents according To the list to the bids Opening, simultaneously with the submission of the offer and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer signed by an authorized person and Stamped by the Bidder organization Of this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this Bidder.
3. The cost of rendering services must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
