Comments:
The submitted technical and commercial proposal must consist of two parts – technical and commercial, certified by the signature of the manager with a seal impression. The technical part must specify the list and composition of the work and it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TAP may duplicate each other, provided that such documents are presented in the technical part of the TAP without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices. The technical and commercial offer must strictly correspond to the data specified on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TAP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes priority. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TAP will be rejected.
METALLOINVEST Management Company LLC uses electronic document management (EDI) with its partners and clients in the Diadok system (http://www.diadoc.ru) SKB Kontur company. Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems.
If false information is provided, the potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Purchase, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such a Contract may be terminated.
The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as to accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as to reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as to cancel the purchase at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.
